Healing Together, Growing Stronger

Grief Retreats: Healing in Community

I offer a six-hour retreat program designed for churches or community groups to host a supportive, healing space for those navigating grief. This retreat can be customized to focus on grief after death or loss in a broader sense—such as relational, life transition, or ambiguous loss.

The retreat experience includes:

  • Psychoeducation about grief – Understanding how grief affects our emotions, thinking, relationships, and daily life

  • Body-based practices – Guided exercises to address how grief is held in the body

  • Group discussion – Opportunities for shared reflection and support

  • Individual reflection & journaling – Quiet space for personal processing

  • Creative expression – Art-based activities to help externalize and explore grief in a meaningful way

This program is designed to meet participants where they are—with compassion, flexibility, and respect for each unique grief journey. Whether you’re looking to support your members or offer a resource to your broader community, this retreat provides a structured yet deeply human space for healing.

Support Grief in Community

Grief touches every workplace and community, yet we’re often left without the space or language to process it together.

Whether your group is mourning a colleague, navigating collective grief,or supporting students who have experienced the death of a family member, friend, or fellow classmate, I’m here to help hold that space and offer practical tools after loss.

I offer trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded facilitation tailored to your group’s needs — from guided discussions that foster connection and healing, to educational training that equip individuals to support others through grief.

If your team or group needs a place to start processing a loss, I welcome the opportunity to walk with you through it.
