One support group and one book club are offered in the Spring and Fall for 12 weeks.

The Next Chapter Book Club
Winter 2026
Do you:

-
crave books that make you say “That’s me!” or “Now I get it!”?
-
want to not just read—but grow?
-
thrive on thoughtful conversation with other curious women?

The Next Chapter Book Club Winter read is
Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents by Lindsay C. Gibson, PsyD.
Emotionally immature parents can have a negative impact on a child’s development and mental health.
Children of emotionally immature parents may learn to play a certain role in the family, put others’ needs before their own, and believe that relationships mean feeling “abandoned and burdened.” Adults who have been raised by emotionally immature parents can experience a profound
sense of emotional loneliness and have difficulty connecting with others.
If this sounds familiar to you,
